Coach Brad boasts a rich and diverse decade-long tenure in the fitness industry, marked by his multifaceted experiences. During his time at Endicott College, he not only played football but also immersed himself in three distinctive internships, each offering unique perspectives on the dynamic fitness landscape.
In addition to these internships, Brad actively participated in the Life Choices program, a meaningful collaboration between Endicott’s athletic training and exercise science students and a local day habilitation group for adults with disabilities. This hands-on involvement showcased his commitment to making a positive impact beyond conventional fitness realms.
Armed with a degree in Exercise Science and a coaching minor upon graduation, Brad swiftly secured a full-time position as a Strength Coach at a gym in Easton, PA. After three years of invaluable coaching experience, he took the bold step of founding Evolution Training in November 2019, a testament to his accumulated knowledge, skills, and passion for guiding others on their fitness journeys.
Rhonda Achenbach
Yoga Instructor
Rhonda Achenbach has always embraced an active lifestyle, cultivating her love for movement from a young age through college, where gymnastics became a cherished hobby. Additionally, she found joy in swimming, dedicating several summers to lifeguarding. As her life progressed, Rhonda continued to prioritize fitness through participation in group fitness and yoga.
In her professional realm, Rhonda has carved out a successful career in healthcare accounting, backed by an MBA in finance from Virginia Tech. While serving as a controller at a hospital, she seized an opportunity to diversify her skill set by undergoing training to teach yoga, a role integrated into the corporate wellness program.
Since then, Rhonda has expanded her impact, teaching private yoga clients and spending a significant period teaching yoga and PiYo at a Gold’s gym. Beyond her professional pursuits, she shares a passion for college football with her husband, Larry, and together they cherish their two rescue dogs. The couple finds relaxation and adventure in camping trips with their classic Airstream. Rhonda’s journey is a testament to her commitment to a well-rounded and active life, both personally and professionally.

Michael Padula

Nutritional Health Specialist, Pain Terminator

In his early childhood, Michael struggled with obesity, unaware of his condition due to being an only child. Frequent illness characterized his early years until kindergarten, where he realized his size set him apart from his peers. Around the age of 12, Michael took up tennis, initiating a journey towards weight loss. Winter activities included skiing, and by age 13, he incorporated weightlifting into his routine with the goal of improving his performance in sports.
Driven to enhance his strength and overall health, Michael delved into the realms of weightlifting and nutrition, intensifying his focus on these areas. Upon entering Montclair State, Michael excelled in Nutrition. Around 1995, he recognized the prevalence of conflicting information and decided to seek guidance from the best in the field. Fortunate to study under accomplished mentors, Michael’s education shaped his understanding and expertise. He remains dedicated to continuous learning, a commitment shared with his mentors.
Javier Mendez
Leadership Director
Javier Mendez is the Founder and Executive Director of L.E.G.I.T., Inc. and its associated ministries. He has been involved in youth ministries for over 20 years. His experiences include serving as a worship leader for various youth organizations, adult youth director, faith-based camp assistant director and director, leader for small group Bible studies, as well as the leader of a home simple church. His experiences culminated in the foundation or L.E.G.I.T., Inc. Javier has a passion for reaching marginalized youth. His conviction to help youth lead upright lives in faith stems from his own trial and experience of God’s redeeming grace and love. He believes that in many cases today you have to think outside the box to reach today’s young people. Likewise, he has a passion for leading leaders. Outside of ministry Javier enjoys singing and riding his bicycle.
