Personal Training Plans

We offer single sessions as well as 1, 3, and 6-month training packages to give you flexibility based on your goals and schedule. The longer you commit, the more you save, making it easier to get consistent coaching at a better value. Packages can be billed monthly or paid in full, depending on what works best for you.

Consultation – Free

The first step toward building a plan that fits your goals, fitness level, and schedule. During the consultation, we’ll talk about what you want to achieve, review your current habits, and determine the best approach for your training.

Single Session – $80

 Flexible option for clients who want expert coaching without committing to a longer package. It’s a great way to get a focused workout, work on specific goals, or try personal training before choosing a monthly plan.

These plans are ideal if you want to try personal training, focus on a specific goal, or get back on track with a fresh routine. It’s a simple way to experience the benefits of coaching without a long commitment.

4 Sessions

$70 per session, with 4 sessions totaling $280. This package expires in 1 month, making it a great option for clients who want focused support and consistent progress in a short timeframe.

8 Sessions

$65 per session, with 8 sessions totaling $520. It’s a great choice for clients who want extra accountability, more momentum, and better long-term value.

12 Sessions

$60 per session, with 12 sessions totaling $720. It’s ideal for anyone ready to commit to training, stay accountable, and build momentum over time.
