Group Classes

Our sports performance program centers its focus on developing strength, power and mobility. Classes incorporate our six fundamental movements as well as plyometrics, and dynamic exercises.


We have partnered with L.E.G.I.T., Inc to provide our athletes with first class leadership/mindset development training. Javier Mendez, founder of L.E.G.I.T., Inc, has been involved in youth ministries for over 20 years.

Nutritional Guidance

Proper nutrition is a key component towards improving athletic performance. Our guidance will help your child recover properly, grow stronger and feel healthier. The advice given will help establish a foundation for healthy eating habits later on in life.

Special Events

Our sports performance program is not only about fitness, nutrition, and athletic performance. We believe that social interaction is vital for all our athletes. We hold special events to create a bonding experience for our athletes.

Morning Call All-Area Girls Tennis

Paras came to Evolution Training looking to take her game to the next level. Since starting she has increased her Deadlift from 135lbs to 175lbs, increased her Bench Press from 65lbs to 95lbs, and increased her RDL from 95lbs to 135lbs. Paras is currently getting ready for the summer circuit and driving her ranking up to get some looks from college teams. Paras is a hard worker and always pushes herself to progress to the next step.
