Coach Brad has served in the fitness industry for over seven years. He completed three internships while attending Endicott College, each of them providing different views regarding the fitness industry. In addition to completing internships and playing football at Endicott, he also participated in a program called Life Choices. The Life Choices program is a partnership between a local day habilitation group for adults with disabilities and Endicott’s athletic training and exercise science students. Upon graduating with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching, he received a full time job as a Strength Coach at a gym located in Easton, PA. After 3 years of coaching he decided to open Evolution Training in November of 2019.

Erin Ferguson

Group Fitness Instructor, Youth Yoga, Personal Trainer

Erin R. Ferguson is a Certified Personal Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association and a Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher. She is also a Youth Cheerleading Coach, a charity organizer for foster care children, a children’s book author/writer, a branding and marketing manager, and most importantly, Mom. Erin believes that customer service and well-rounded workouts are key to a successful program. In her training she, she focuses on each individuals needs, and works with her clients to best assist them in reaching their goals. During her yoga classes, she brings a calm, happy space to her little yogis where they work on 10-12 poses per class, a worry exercise where the children release their worries and troubles, a gratitude exercise, breathing techniques, and the class ends with an affirmation and meditation to bring peace to the little ones (ages 4-12). Through all of her teachings, Erin focuses on the power of positivity and brings forth a personality that makes you feel welcomed while inspiring her clients to reach their highest potential. 

Rhonda Achenbach

Yoga Instructor

Rhonda Achenbach has always enjoyed being active.  From a young age through college, she participated in gymnastics as a hobby.  She also loved swimming, and spent several summers as a lifeguard.  In later years she participated in group fitness and yoga.  Her career is in healthcare accounting.  She has an MBA in finance from Virginia Tech.  While working as controller of a hospital, she was offered the chance to get training to teach yoga on the side as part of the corporate wellness program.  Since then, she has also taught some private yoga clients, and spent a few years teaching yoga and PiYo at a Gold’s gym.   She and her husband, Larry, are avid college football fans, love their two rescue dogs, and enjoy camping in their classic Airstream.

Javier Mendez

Leadership Director

Javier Mendez is the Founder and Executive Director of L.E.G.I.T., Inc. and its associated ministries. He has been involved in youth ministries for over 20 years. His experiences include serving as a worship leader for various youth organizations, adult youth director, faith-based camp assistant director and director, leader for small group Bible studies, as well as the leader of a home simple church. His experiences culminated in the foundation or L.E.G.I.T., Inc. Javier has a passion for reaching marginalized youth. His conviction to help youth lead upright lives in faith stems from his own trial and experience of God’s redeeming grace and love. He believes that in many cases today you have to think outside the box to reach today’s young people. Likewise, he has a passion for leading leaders. Outside of ministry Javier enjoys singing and riding his bicycle.

Deana Banks

Yoga Instructor

Deana Banks started Exercising to be fit but as time went on it went from focusing on being “fit” to a healthier lifestyle for long term results.   She has been practicing Yoga for more than 7 years and recently embraced the mediation and relaxing side of it.  She is certified as a group fitness instructor and is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science.  Deana travels around to local active adult communities and teaches a range of exercise classes from Balance and core, Water Aerobics to Chair Yoga. 

 Her Yoga condition Class focuses on Intentional movements that incorporates the use of Resistance bands, Pilates ball and or light weights.  

  Deana has 3 adult children and enjoys traveling and Vacation in St. Petersburg Florida where she and her husband enjoy biking around town and soaking up the Sun at the local beaches.
